Wildway 2-Year Warranty for Bags
At Wildway, we stand behind the quality of our products. All Wildway bags and backpacks come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is provided in accordance with EU consumer protection laws and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
Warranty Conditions:

Coverage:
- The 2-year warranty applies to all Wildway-branded bags and backpacks.
- The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, such as broken zippers, stitching issues, or material flaws, under normal usage.
- This warranty applies only to purchases made by consumers (non-business use) within the European Union.

Exclusions:
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, negligence, accidents, wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Normal wear and tear, such as fading, scratches, or general aging of materials, is not covered under this warranty.
- Cosmetic damages, including but not limited to scuffs, marks, or stains, are also excluded.

Claim Process:
- If a defect arises within the warranty period, please contact Wildway customer service with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- We will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion based on the nature of the defect and in compliance with EU consumer laws.
- If a repair or replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued. The refund will be proportionate to the amount of use the product has received.
